ISTJ
ISTJ's are serious, quiet, and earn success by concentration and thoroughness. They tend to be practical, orderly, matter-of-fact, logical, realistic, and dependable. They see to it that everything is well organized. They take responsibility. They make up their own minds as to what should be accomplished and work toward it steadily, regardless of protests or distractions.

ISFJ
ISFJ's are quiet, friendly, responsible, and conscientious. They work devotedly to meet their obligations. They lend stability to any project or group. They are thorough, painstaking, and accurate. Their interests are usually not technical and can be patient with necessary details. They are loyal, considerate, perceptive, and concerned with how other people feel.

INFJ
INFJ's succeed by perseverance, originality, and the desire to do whatever is needed or wanted. They put their best efforts into their work. They are quietly forceful, conscientious, and concerned for others. They are respected for their firm principles. They are likely to be honored and followed for their clear visions as to how best to serve the common good.

INTJ
INTJ's have original minds and great drive for their own ideas and purposes. They have long-range vision and quickly find meaningful patterns in external events. In the fields that appeal to them, they have a fine power to organize a job and carry it through. They are skeptical, critical, independent, determined as well as have high standards of competence and performance.

ISTP
ISTP's are cool onlookers--quiet, reserved, observing and analyzing life with detached curiosity and unexpected flashes of original humor. Usually they are interested in cause and effect, how and why mechanical things work, and in organizing facts using logical principles. They excel at getting to the core of a practical problem and finding the solution.

ISFP
ISFP's are retiring, quietly friendly, sensitive, kind, and modest about their abilities. They shun disagreements and do not force their opinions or values on others. They usually do not care to lead but are often loyal followers. They are often relaxed about getting things done because they enjoy the present moment and do not want to spoil it by undue haste or exertion.

INFP
INFP's are quiet observers, idealistic, and loyal. It is important that their outer life be congruent with inner values. They are curious, quick to see possibilities and they often serve as catalysts to implement ideas. They are adaptable, flexible, and accepting unless a value is threatened. They want to understand people and ways of fulfilling human potential. They have little concern with possessions or surroundings.

INTP
INTP's are quiet and reserved. They especially enjoy theoretical or scientific pursuits. They like to solve problems with logic and analysis. They are interested mainly in ideas, with little liking for parties or small talk. They tend to have sharply defined interests. They need careers where some strong interest can be used and useful.

ESTP
ESTP's are good at on-the-spot problem solving. They like action and enjoy whatever comes along. They tend to like mechanical things and sports, with friends on the side. They are adaptable, tolerant and pragmatic; focused on getting results. They dislike long explanations. They are best with real things that can be worked, handled, taken apart, or put together.

ESFP
ESFP's are outgoing, accepting, friendly, enjoy everything and make things more fun for others by their enjoyment. They like action and making things happen. They know what's going on and join in eagerly. They find remembering facts easier than mastering theories. They are best in situations that need sound common sense and practical ability with people.

ENFP
ENFP's are warmly enthusiastic, high-spirited, ingenious, and imaginative. They are able to do almost anything that interests them. They are quick with a solution for any difficulty and ready to help anyone with a problem. They often rely on their ability to improvise instead of preparing in advance. They can usually find compelling reasons for whatever they want.

ENTP
ENTP's are quick, ingenious, and good at anything. They are stimulating company, alert and outspoken. They may argue for fun on either side of a question. They are resourceful in solving new and challenging problems, but may neglect routine assignments. They are apt to turn to one new interest after another. They are skilful in finding logical reasons for what they want.

ESTJ
ESTJ's are practical, realistic, matter-of-fact, with a natural head for business or mechanics. They are not interested in abstract theories; they want learning to have direct and immediate application. They like to organize and run activities. They often make good administrators; are decisive, quickly move to implement decisions and take care of routine details.

ESFJ
ESFJ's are warm-hearted, talkative, popular, conscientious, born cooperators, and active committee members. They need harmony and may be good at creating it. They are always doing something nice for someone. They work best with encouragement and praise. Their main interest is in things that directly and visibly affect people's lives.

ENFJ
ENFJ's are responsive and responsible. They feel real concern for what others think or want, and try to handle things with due regard for the other's feelings. They can present a proposal or lead a group discussion with ease and tact. They are sociable, popular, and sympathetic. They are responsive to praise and criticism. They like to facilitate others and enable people to achieve their potential.

ENTJ
ENTJ's are frank, decisive, and leaders in activities. They develop and implement comprehensive systems to solve organizational problems. They are good in anything that requires reasoning and intelligent talk, such as public speaking. They are usually well informed and enjoy adding to their fund of knowledge.
