Prevue Understanding Style Differences

The Understanding Style Differences (USD) programs teach people how to assess, analyze, and coordinate personality traits, work preferences, and communication styles. USD has three separate programs:

• Individuals Program – heightens employees’ insights into their preferences for interacting and working with others; delineates the ramifications of those preferences and communication styles on relationships with others
• Group Program – analyzes the impact of each individual member’s preferences and communication style on the success and effectiveness of the group as a whole
• Managers Program – strengthens leadership skills by increasing awareness of the interaction of a manager’s personal style with his/her direct reports and the impact of their collective style on other teams and the organization as a whole
