Trevor West & Associates was opened in 1992 and was awarded a one year contract as Industrial Adjustment Chair with Sun-Rype Products of Kelowna, BC.

In January 1996 the ERC Management Group Ltd., was incorporated with the client base of TW&A being rolled into the new company. A relationship with Prevue™ Resource Group was forged and the ERC Management Group took sole rights for the distribution of Prevue™ Assessments throughout the Southern Interior of British Columbia.

In April 2003 the company was reengineered and now operate as Psychometrics West. The new company has a specific focus on psychometric assessment instruments but continues to delivered all of the traditional services we have provided since 1992.
