THE PRESIDENTTrevor D. West, CHRP is President of Psychometrics West, Employment Assessments and Human Resources Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations to realize their maximum potential. Trevor obtained his HND Business Degree in the United Kingdom and became a Certified Human Resources Professional in 1990. He has in excess of twenty-five years as a Human Resources Practitioner working with organizations such as Massey Ferguson Ltd., Domtar Packaging, The Woodbridge Group, Western Star Trucks, SRI Homes Inc., and Lake City Casinos Ltd. In addition he has eight years experience in engineering and plant management capacities in Canada and the UK. Trevor has been working with Psychometric Assessment Instruments for more than fifteen years and is qualified to administer both trait (Prevue™) and type (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) instruments. Trevor has been a resident in the Okanagan for seventeen years and has provided consulting services to clients, private, public and not for profit across Canada and the US, since 1992. |
