Confidential Executive Search

We have different approaches to the search, depending upon your target market which will assist with keeping your costs reasonable. As the exclusive search firm on the project, we only accept payment upon successful completion of the assignment.

After discussing the level of the position in the organization and the approximate first year salary of the successful candidate, we will determine the appropriate fee for the service.

Recruitment

We also provide standard recruitment services . Our fees are established as a percentage of first year income or at a negotiated flat rate fee. .

Consulting

We prefer to meet with you and assess the scope of the project and present you with a proposal establishing a fee for service. This eliminates costly open ended hourly paid arrangements.

Assessments

All assessments are available on line for ease of administration and delivery. Each assessment type has an individual price and some are available at reduced pricing for volume purchases.

In all service areas we will provide a signed agreement outlining the services provided and the corresponding fees. Fees do not include out of pocket expenses which will be identified separately and only incurred after approval.
